The Grand Adventure

“The privilege of a lifetime is becoming yourself.”
Joseph Campbell

Think of the Art of Living Well as a Grand Adventure.  Become the Heroine or Hero of your own life by giving yourself permission to set out on the adventure of living a better life.  Allow yourself to go beyond your previous limits to become who you actually can be at your optimum.

Accept the Quest to Be Your Best.  To become the champion of your own life, you alone are responsible for your own adventure.  You decide what happens next.

….establish WHY you want to improve your vitality,
WHY you want to establish healthier habits.  The more compelling your WHY, the better you will be able succeed.  With a clear enough WHY in your mind, you can overcome the quicksand of inertia, the burnout of boredom, dodge all obstacles, and achieve your goals.  Write your WHY down.  Review it daily.  When your WHY is clear enough, you will motivate yourself quite naturally to step into the winner’s circle.

Stop playing small.
You are meant for greater things.  That’s how evolution works.  Constant innovation.  You are the ordinary moving into the extraordinary.  Always remember: slaying the dragon, getting the grail, marrying the prince is not the treasure.  Neither is how you got the treasure, The story of WHY you went after the treasure is the treasure.
