Eventually you’re going to be defeated. Something’s going to defeat you – because you don’t have that kind of power. When you finally realize there’s a greater realm of power that you can cooperate with – that’s what surrender is about. Surrender is not giving up. Surrender is getting that you’re much better off realizing that this gift of life is so powerful that you would rather have an alliance with heaven, and that the greater power is the power of love.

We have the power to resurrect from any crisis – from anything facing us. We can resurrect from anything that is taking our power. We can call our spirit back. We can rise above whatever is happening in the matter world. We can look past the illusion that this is not defeatable. Reach the realm of grace – that is the power in you.
